These 30 or 60 minute workouts are tailored to your goals and are meant to help fast track you towards improved health and fitness through consistency, accountability, and strategy. A typical session will emphasize muscular strength/endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility. I help both novice and advanced clients achieve their movement and health goals through evidence-based program design with a special focus on movement mastery and progressive overload.
I have a holistic approach to fitness which means not only moving with intention and good form but also recovering well. My main focus in the is movement, but I will also help you to strategize ways to optimize performance in life through comprehensive recovery techniques (i.e., breathing, mobility, and sleep hacks).
All personal training starts with an 30 min introductory session that includes a conversation regarding your movement background and health history, a thorough movement assessment, and goal setting.
Virtual personal training sessions are conducted through Zoom, Facetime, or Skype. Although the use of equipment can add variety to your program, no equipment is necessary to start training. Once I am familiar with your goals I will make suggestions on equipment that can easily be purchased for use in your home.
