Although I recommend in person personal training during pregnancy and the postpartum period, I realize that it might not be feasible for everyone due to cost, distance, or time.

* Assessment of gait/posture and discussion of daily activity
*Review of current and long-term goals
*Recommended exercises specific to your goals
Price varies based on individual needs and time commitment. Specific ongoing programming is not included in the consultation session but is an additional service I offer.
