Although the gym doors have closed down recently due to Covid-19, I remain steadfast in my goal to help people remain active and dedicated to their health and fitness related goals. I am able to continue to see both personal training clients and group classes through virtual platforms.
Why commit to exercise?
Beyond the obvious health benefits, exercise has done wonders to change my life. Taking control of my health and fitness has shown me how much potential I have to change. To become happier. To find meaning and purpose. To make a difference in the lives of my friend, family, and community. My mission is to help women find strength in their bodies in hopes that it empowers them to live a creative and authentic life. The benefits of overcoming obstacles in the gym go beyond the aesthetics of stronger muscles. My passion lies in helping women push past their comfort zones and realize how strong they are mentally and physically!
